Pamela Dempsey-O’Connell has over 25 years of experience in adult education and the last 5 years as the Instructional Designer for Massachusetts’ Adult and Community Learning Services’ English Language Arts C&I Professional Development Center. Pamela earned a Bachelor of Science in Biological Science Education from Plymouth State College, Plymouth, NH, and a Master of Education in Instructional Design from the University of Massachusetts, Boston.
