Online Learning Coaches Service
The Online Learning Coaches help students succeed in courses in any modality (blended, in-person, online and remote). If instructors are concerned that a student is having trouble using Blackboard or has fallen behind, they can contact the Online Learning Coaches to reach out and help that student. Students also can contact the Online Learning Coaches if they need assistance with any of the following:
- navigating your Blackboard course
- accessing course materials
- accessing and/or submitting assignments
- using access codes for course software
- logging onto your Zoom course
- using Zoom, Blackboard, Starfish, The Q, student email or other online tools

Additional Assistance: If the Online Learning Coaches are not available and you need immediate assistance, Blackboard Learn Support is available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. You can access this support by calling the IT Service Desk (508.854.4427) and following the prompts for Blackboard Help.
