Tuition and Fees / Business Office

Your Course and Fee Statement:  

Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) does not mail out paper bills. An Enrollment Notification is sent by email 2-3 days after registration to the student's Student Email account notifying the student that their course and fee statement is ready to view on The Q. Please check your Student Email for additional updates and instructions.

Please be advised that it is the student's responsibility to keep contact information, including current address and phone number, up to date with the College.

Cost per credit effective Fall 2023 for Tuition and Educational Service Fee:

  • In-State Tuition $24 - Educational Service Fee $187 - Total $211/credit
  • Out-of-State / International Tuition $230 - Educational Service Fee $187 - Total $417/credit
  • Please view specific semester for total tuition, education service fee, student support fee, program fees and additional fees that may apply.

Indirect Costs: 

Includes housing, books, food, supplies, transportation and other personal expenses. QCC uses a standard allowance for indirect costs, which can vary greatly for each student depending on a variety of factors. The following figures are approximations per semester, and you may find your indirect costs differ from these estimates. which is common.

Fall & Spring Seven Week Terms - refund policy for drop or withdrawal as follows:

  • 100% refund - drop through the second class meeting and prior to the third class meeting
  • 50% refund - withdrawal through the third class meeting and prior to the fourth class meeting
  • 0% refund - withdrawal as of the fourth class meeting

New England Regional (Compact) Student Program (NERSP):

  •  NERSP Tuition $36 - ESF $187 - Total $223/credit
  • This program provides residents of other New England states an opportunity to attend QCC, paying in-state tuition plus a 50% surcharge. To be eligible for NERSP, students must be admitted to a qualified QCC program which is not offered at their own state college. Please contact Admissions for additional information.  This cost is per credit for tuition and educational service fee only - other fees and additional fees apply.
