QCC pulled out all the stops for the Spring into Wellness Employee Appreciation event on Friday, March 3. Tacos, ice cream and therapy dogs were just the tip of the iceberg of activities offered to QCC faculty and staff. Free yoga, cycling and massage sessions focused on the mind-body connection while caricatures, DIY bamboo planters and essential oils offered activities to boost spirits, and financial seminars were offered to keep financial wellness a priority too.
