Men's Basketball

The Men's Basketball team held an end of the year luncheon on Thursday, April 21 to close out the season and recognize players for their commitment and hard work.

"I'd like to send a special thank you to our Director of Athletics Lisa Gurnick and our Assistant Director of Athletics Josh Cole for their support in navigating such a challenging year. And a very special thank you to Food Services and Vanessa Landyn for their help with the year-ending luncheon. I was so thankful for the resiliency our guys showed this season," said Coach John Preziosa. "They came together and peaked at the right time, winning six out of our last nine games of the season, missing the playoffs by a slim margin. Thanks to their dedication, and refuse to lose attitude, we were playing meaningful games right up until the last day of the season. What excites me most about our team is how much room we have to grow!"

Five students were given awards from the coaches.

  • MVP - Sammy Bah
  • Coaches Award - Dylan Grandmaison
  • Most Improved - Johnny Annan
  • Iron Man - Alexander Duval
  • Glue Guy - Eduardo Moreira
