Congressman Neal, who was instrumental in the opening of QCC Southbridge, is leading the charge in the Blackstone Valley – Milford region. Over 50 community and business leaders are supporting the effort as well.

“Despite the economy, we feel we can continue to grow in order to meet our mission of providing affordable, high quality education and workforce development to the region,” stated QCC President Dr. Gail E.
