  • Merge onto I-190 S
  • Take the exit onto I-290 W toward Auburn
  • Take exit 13 for Vernon St/Massachusetts 122A/Kelley Square
• Take Madison St and Southbridge St to Federal St
  • Turn right onto Kelley Square (signs for Massachusette 122A N/Kelly Sq/Barre)
  • Turn left onto Madison St

  • Take the 1st right onto Federal St
