      • International Student Information

The QCC application process is quick, simple, and free. All students who apply to QCC and provide proof of high school graduation or equivalent are accepted to the College. Take the next step toward your goals and apply today!

Steps to Apply

If you are a U.S. student, follow these steps to complete the application process.

Complete the Application

Step 1

Have all of your information ready to apply for a certificate or degree program. Complete the application and wait for an e-mail from QCC that confirms your acceptance. Submit your application with your program of choice including your personal email address. You will receive an email within 2 business days notifying you of any additional documents to be submitted. Once we have all documents your application will be processed and upon acceptance to a program you will receive an email to your personal email address and a letter to your mailing address.

Submit Your Documents

Step 2
Upload one of the following documents to the Admission Document Center.
  • High School Transcript (most preferred)
  • GED or HiSET Transcript/Scores (most preferred)
  • High School Diploma
  • GED or HiSET Certificate
Please note that some programs require additional criteria. Conditionally accepted graduating high school seniors must submit their final high school transcript by June 30 to remain in your program.

Complete the FAFSA*

Step 3

Complete your Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). You and your parent or spouse (if you are required to provide their information) must sign your FAFSA using each contributor's individual FSA ID. Be sure to designate Quinsigamond Community College (Federal School Code 002175) in the College release section. Make sure you select the application for the correct academic year.

*If you are not eligible to complete a FAFSA due to citizenship and Social Security Number requirements but would like to apply for state financial aid grants and scholarships as a High School Completer under the Massachusetts Tuition Equity law, you may instead submit the Massachusetts Application for State Financial Aid (MASFA).
