The QCC Campus Store is located on the basement level of the Administration Building across from the cafeteria. The Campus Store has school supplies, snacks, and QCC apparel on campus or shop online.
Required books, ebooks and other digital content for your QCC courses must be ordered online through our online bookstore, powered by eCampus.com.

All required course books (bound and unbound), eBooks, and digital content must be ordered from eCampus. Books are not sold in the Campus Store.

- Laptops can be purchased at the Campus Store or ordered online – please note they must ship to the Campus Store for pick up.
- Items found here are Financial Aid eligible. Please follow the steps at check out. They will verify you are a QCC student.

Financial Aid Allowance Info
Students who have pending payments exceeding their current charges could be eligible for an allowance to purchase books and other course supplies using that credit. Pending payments that can be considered include but may not be limited to federal and state financial aid funds, institutional awards, and some third-party payments.
Students who have not yet applied for financial aid:
- Students must have a completed aid application on file to be considered for an allowance.
- Please contact the Financial Aid Office for assistance with the application process.
Students who have applied for aid and have an incomplete aid file:
- Students must have a completed aid application on file to be considered for an allowance.

Students who have a complete financial aid file and have not yet received an award letter:
- Check your QCC student email for an email about book or course material allowance.
- If you have that email, you have an allowance that can be used.
- The email will tell you the maximum you can spend under that allowance, the website to use, and the date on which the allowance expires.
- If you do not have this email, please contact the Financial Aid Office to inquire about an allowance.
Students who have already received an award letter:
- Check your QCC student email for an email about book or course material allowance.
- If you have that email, you have an allowance that can be used.

Please Note:
- Requests may take up to one (1) week to be reviewed.
- If no grant funds are available, requests will be funded with federal student loans.
- Free community college financial aid grant funds are a set amount based on enrollment and will not be adjusted for actual costs.
- Eligibility for grant funding for course materials will be based on a standard allowance for the number of credits in which students are enrolled.
- For students charges for health insurance: the charge must be waived if sufficient coverage already exists or students will pay the charge out of pocket or with student loans, if eligible.
- Student loan funds will not be applied until the completed Master Promissory Note and Entrance Counseling have been received by QCC. (These may have been completed in a prior year.)
- Students are responsible for any outstanding charges on their account, including course material charges, if not eligible for sufficient financial aid funds to cover costs.
- Students will be notified by QCC Student Email once the request has been reviewed.
- Requests must be submitted prior to the deadline to use Book Allowances
- Do not spend more than you need for materials.
- If you choose not to use this allowance, any financial aid you receive that exceeds your semester charges will be refunded to you later in the semester.
- Changes in your enrollment may affect your eligibility for financial aid.
