Employee Resource Groups are starting in 2026!
QCC is excited to announce the launch of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs)! This initiative, led by the Access, Opportunity, and Institutional Compliance department, is a new way for staff to connect, share experiences, and build community around common interests and identities. These groups are designed to foster inclusion, support, and personal growth, while making QCC an even more welcoming place to work.
