QCC students come to us with dreams, determination, and a wide range of backgrounds that enrich our entire campus community. Many are first-generation college students navigating unfamiliar territory, working parents balancing multiple responsibilities or career changers pursuing new opportunities. What they all share is the potential to succeed - and the need for guidance from someone who believes in them. That's where you come in!

As a mentor, you'll have the opportunity to make a lasting impact on a student's educational journey and future career. Whether you're sharing insights about academic success, offering career advice or simply being a consistent source of encouragement, your support can be the difference between a student who struggles alone to one who thrives with confidence.

Mentors only have to commit 30-60 minutes a month, meeting with students on a flexible schedule, either remotely or in-person. Help pay it forward and shape the future by joining the Mentoring Program.
