
QCC's Registrar and Enrollment Processing department serves as the central hub for all student academic records and registration activities at the college. This dedicated team that manages the entire student lifecycle from beginning to graduation and beyond is led by Dean of Enrollment and Registrar Barbara Zawalich.
"Barbara Zawalich has been instrumental in revolutionizing enrollment management at QCC," said Vice President of Strategic Enrollment and Student Engagement Michelle Tufau Afriyie. "As the Business Lead for the Jenzabar One Implementation, her leadership is crucial in ensuring the new system aligns seamlessly with our processes and meets all of our requirements."
Zawalich is continually enhancing processes for the best interest of students by using a data-driven approach. She has supported multiple areas of the college such as Admissions, Advising and Institutional Research and Planning by developing several reports that offer critical insights and strengthen the college’s ability to make informed, strategic decisions.
"Through her expertise, foresight and dedication, Barbara continues to elevate QCC’s enrollment operations, ensuring a more efficient and student-centered experience," Tufau added.

Basic Functions and Services Offered: Enrollment Processing staff maintain student records from the point of application through graduation and post-enrollment. Registrar staff maintain the system structure which allows for registration, degree awarding and maintenance of academic records.
