Mandatory Online Orientation
An onboarding experience that is self-paced and accessible anytime, on any device.
ALL new students and those returning after 2 years or more are expected to complete the online orientation.
The online orientation offers a virtual experience that boosts confidence, inspires, informs, and prepares new students for a smooth transition. In each section, you will learn more about QCC, the many services we offer our students, and how you will succeed in all your goals and dreams.
New students must complete the Mandatory Online Orientation to meet with an advisor for their initial advising and registration. Please keep an eye on your acceptance letter and QCC email account for information about how to claim your QCC credentials, complete Orientation, and make your advising appointment.
If you do not know your credentials, refer to your Acceptance Letter
If you need further assistance logging in to the online orientation, please contact the Information Technology Service Desk by phone at 508.854.4427 or by email at help@qcc.mass.edu.
