Great ventures start with clear models. In this applied workshop, you’ll learn and use the Business Model Canvas to design how your idea creates, delivers, and captures value. We’ll begin with a quick overview of why a simple, visual model accelerates clarity and decisions. Then we’ll dive into each of the nine blocks: Customer Segments, Value Propositions, Channels, Customer Relationships, Revenue Streams, Key Resources, Key Activities, Key Partnerships, and Cost Structure, with examples, prompts, and common pitfalls.

The heart of the session is hands‑on: you’ll sketch a first‑cut canvas, pressure‑test assumptions with peers, and identify the next experiments to learn fast and reduce risk. You’ll leave with a shareable blueprint and a plan to keep iterating.
