ESports is one of the fastest growing sports today. Being part of team enables you to learn valuable social skills, strategic thinking and planning, and most importantly you will have fun! Esports is open to full-time students (12 credits of more).
Meet the Coach
Christian Octaviano
Christian Octaviano is a passionate esports player, coach, and leader with extensive experience across multiple competitive titles. During his five years at Clark University, Christian competed with Clark University Esports in Overwatch, Valorant, and League of Legends. In Fall 2022, he helped lead his Valorant team to a NECC Navigators Northeast Conference championship, finishing the season with an impressive 13–0 record.
As Head Esports Coach, Christian aims to build strong, competitive teams in the games students are most passionate about while creating an inclusive and supportive esports community. Beyond competition, he is committed to developing student leaders, fostering teamwork and discipline, and building programs that can continue to grow and thrive for years to come.
