QCC Welcomes New Staff

December 2023

On November 20, QCC welcomed Mendrick Banzuela - DEI Program Administrator - Office of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - Administrative Services. Mendrick brings several years of experience. Most recently, he was a Career and Transfer Services Generalist at QCC. Mendrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Worcester State University.

On November 20, QCC welcomed Corinne Delaney - QCC at Southbridge Coordinator of Learning Resources (Grade 5 Learning Resources) - Academic Affairs. Corinne brings several years of experience. Most recently, she was the Interim Site Leader for QCC Southbridge at QCC. Corinne holds an Associate of Business Administration from STCC, bachelor's degree in both Business Admin and Psychology from Becker College and a Master of Social Work from Springfield College.

On November 20, QCC welcomed Ashley Woodland - Program Coordinator of Phi Theta Kappa and the Student Support Mentoring Center - Enrollment & Student Services. Ashley brings several years of experience. Most recently she was a Co-Advisor/Lead Alumni Advisor/Fundraising and Events Specialist part-time at QCC. Ashley holds an Associate Degree of Criminal Justice from QCC, a Bachelor of Arts in Legal Studies and a Master of Science from Lasell University. 

On December 4, QCC welcomed Kristen Birch - Social Worker/Mental Health Counselor - Enrollment and Student Services. Kristen brings several years of experience. Most recently, she was a Psychotherapist at Pediatric Behavioral Health. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from Worcester State University and a Master of Counseling Psychology and Community Mental Health from William James College.

On December 4, QCC welcomed Cassandra Estey - Student Accessibility Services Coordinator (MAIHE) - Enrollment & Student Services. Cass brings several years of experience. Most recently, she was an Access Navigator (Student Accessibility Services) at QCC. Cass holds a Master of Educational Psychology from SUNY Albany and a Masters of Mental Health Counseling from Capella University. 

On December 4, QCC welcomed Jeffrey Richardson - Program Coordinator for the Brothers and Keepers Program - Enrollment & Student Services. Jeff brings several years of experience. Most recently he was an Academic Career Advisor at UMass Boston. Jeff holds a bachelor's degree from Umass Amherst/Rangsit University and a Master of Education from Cambridge College.
