QCC Welcomes New Staff

On July 1, QCC welcomed Matthew Gelinas -Head of Building Maintenance Section in Administrative Services. Matt brings several years of experience. Most recently, he was Interim Head of Building Maintenance Section at QCC. Matt holds a certificate from the UMass Extension Program.

On July 2,QCC welcomed Gina DeCarolis - Senior Research Analyst in Administrative Services. Gina brings several years of experience. Most recently, she was a Research Analyst at QCC. Gina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Saint Anselm College and a Master of Arts in Applied Sociology from the University of Massachusetts Boston.

On July 2, QCC welcomed April Carlson - Grant Accounts Manager in Administrative Services. April brings several years of experience. Most recently she was an Accountant II  at QCC. April holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Becker College.

On July 10 we welcomed Kalan Lewis - Director of Mentoring and Special Programs in Academic Affairs. Kalan brings several years of experience. Most recently he was the Associate Director of THRIVE for Bowdoin College. Kalan holds both a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Education in Higher Education from Providence College.

On July 10, QCC welcomed Patricia “Patty” Pottle - Coordinator of Library Services, Engagement, Student Success and Access Services in Academic Affairs. Patricia brings several years of experience. Most recently she worked as a part-time Reference and Instruction at the QCC Library. Patty holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Southeastern Louisiana University and a Master of Library and Information Science from Simmons College.

On July 17, QCC welcomed Kellie VanCott - Assistant Director of Payroll in Administrative Services. Kellie brings several years of experience. Most recently, she was a Payroll Accountant at QCC. Kellie holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from QCC and is currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree from Nichols College.

On July 31, QCC welcomed Sean Harris - Director of Community Engagement in the Office of External Affairs. Sean brings several years of experience. Most recently, he was a Corporate Development Specialist at QCC. Sean holds an associate degree from QCC, a Bachelor of Arts in Interior Architecture/Design from Becker College and a dual master’s in Business and Interior Architecture from Mount Ida College.

On August 7, QCC welcomed Hexan Martinez De Jesus - Maintainer I (2nd Shift) in Administrative Services. Hexan brings several years of experience. Most recently, he was a part-time Maintainer at QCC.

On August 7, QCC welcomed Brandon Won - Coordinator of On-Campus Events and Recruitment in Enrollment & Student Services. Brandon brings several years of experience. Most recently, he was an Enrollment Counselor at QCC. Brandon holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from QCC, a Bachelor of Science in Management from Korea University of Technology and Education and is currently pursuing his Master’s in Business Administration from Fitchburg State University.

On August 14, QCC welcomed Kelvin Garcia - Maintainer I (2nd Shift) in Administrative Services. Kelvin brings several years of experience. Most recently, he was a Laborer at Casella in Worcester, MA.  

On August 21, QCC welcomed Cameron Delorme - Accountant II (Accounts Payable) in Administrative Services. Cameron brings several years of experience. Most recently, he was a Front Office Manager at the Courtyard by Marriott Boston Marlborough in Marlborough, MA.
