Former NFL Player to Speak at Early College Worcester Day of Empowerment

WHAT: Quinsigamond Community College and Eary College Worcester are hosting a Day of Empowerment for ECW students at Polar Park. Former NFL Player Shawn Harper will provide a motivational speech followed by a question-and-answer session. Representatives from QCC and WSU will facilitate student empowerment workshops focusing on motivation, identifying strengths and goal setting.
WHO: Early College Worcester is a partnership involving Quinsigamond Community College, Worcester Public Schools and Worcester State University that enables WPS students to earn college and high school credits at the same time. Students also participate in college and career readiness activities.
