“Ethnic Expressions” Exhibit at QCC February 7

Worcester – In honor of Black History Month, the Quinsigamond Community College/ARTSWorcester Diversity Gallery will be hosting the exhibit “Ethnic Expressions.”  The collection of works will feature nationally known Artists of Color represented by Ethnic Expressions, a unique company dedicated to the distribution of positive African-American images.  There will be an opening reception on February 7, 2006 at 5:30 p.m. in Conference Room 107A.  The collection will be on display from February 7 through March 3, 2006 at the QCC Administration Building Corridor Art Gallery, 670 West Boylston St.

The artists included in the show are LaShun Beal, Ted Ellis, Leonard Freeman, Jeff Hall, Sydney Morgan, Lavarne Ross, Roederick Vines, Tyree Whitehead, Ellis Wilson, and Rob S. Wilson, who work in various media including print, painting, and fiber.

This event is free and open to the public.  Regular viewing hours are Monday through Friday 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday from 9 a.m. to noon.
