3 easy steps to enroll in our classes:

  • Step 1:Complete the Education and Career Preparation Application   ​
  • Step 2: Take a placement test at QCC (25 Federal Street).
    • Tuesday, 9:00 a.m., 10:00 a.m., or 11:00 a.m. (No appointment necessary)
    • Tuesday, at 4:00 p.m., 5:00 p.m., or 6:00 p.m. (No appointment necessary)
  • Step 3: You will be contacted to meet with an enrollment counselor for a one-on-one meeting and to register for classes.

Schedule

  • Morning classes: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
  • Night classes: Monday through Thursday, 5:30 p.m. - 8:30 p.m. 

Distance Learning

Our distance learning program pairs you with a Coach who meets with you every week. The Coach will provide a learning plan and feedback as you work independently in the program's educational software program. In order to participate in the Distance Learning program, you must have a computer, be comfortable using the computer and have an Internet connection. 

Ongoing registration! Please complete the application, reading and math program placements. The Intake Specialist will contact you for following steps in the enrollment process.


Today's world is a hard place to be without a high school diploma. A HiSET or GED is a signal to colleges, training programs, and employers that you have the same knowledge and skills as a high school graduate. Our HiSET/GED preparation program, now called the Education & Career Preparation Program (ECP), not only prepares you to take the HiSET/GED, but also helps you take the next step on your path  - whether that path involves college, further job training or employment. We provide instruction in all areas of the HiSET/GED - Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Math.
