FREE classes for Adult Learners preparing for the HiSET or GED High School Equivalency Exams

3 easy steps to enroll in our classes:
- Step 1: Express your interest via email or phone. Send an email to aclc [at] qcc.mass.edu or call 508.751.7926, any time between 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; Monday through Friday.
- Step 2: You will be sent a form via text or email to fill out in order to be added to our Student Portal.
- Step 3: Take a program placement on the path to enrollment.
After all steps have been completed, you will be able to begin attending class!
Schedule
- Morning classes: Monday through Thursday, 9:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
- Night classes: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
Distance Learning
Our distance learning program pairs you with a Coach who meets with you every week. The Coach will provide a learning plan and feedback as you work independently in the program's educational software program. In order to participate in the Distance Learning program, you must have a computer, be comfortable using the computer and have an Internet connection.

Today's world is a hard place to be without a high school diploma. A HiSET or GED is a signal to colleges, training programs, and employers that you have the same knowledge and skills as a high school graduate. Our HiSET/GED preparation program, now called the Education & Career Preparation Program (ECP), not only prepares you to take the HiSET/GED, but also helps you take the next step on your path - whether that path involves college, further job training or employment. We provide instruction in all areas of the HiSET/GED - Reading, Writing, Social Studies, Science, and Math.
