WORCESTER, MA – June 15, 2026 – Quinsigamond Community College Campus Police Sergeant Daniel Litchfield has upheld the college’s commitment to excellence in training by recently completing the FBI-Law Enforcement Executive Development Association (FBI-LEEDA) Trilogy series.
“FBI-LEEDA offers some of the top training in the country. This ensures that we are consistent, make the best possible decisions in the field and set the example for new officers,” QCC Chief of Police Stephen DiGiovanni said. “Sergeant Litchfield has shown great leadership and effort in his 20 years at QCC.”
The Trilogy series is comprised of three trainings, the Supervisor Leadership Institute, the Command Leadership Institute and the Executive Leadership Institute. Topics include accountability, organizational effectiveness and implicit bias awareness.
“Completing the FBI-LEEDA Trilogy is more than earning a certificate; it’s a commitment to leadership, service, and the continual pursuit of excellence,” Litchfield said.
Litchfield is the third officer at QCC to complete the Trilogy series, after DiGiovanni and Deputy Chief of Police Operations Mike Vigeant. All of QCC’s patrol sergeants have completed the Supervisor Leadership Institute.
FBI-LEEDA is a non-profit organization that provides leadership training and education for law enforcement professionals.
