Most recently, she was an Academic Coordinator at Nashoba Valley Technical High School. Jen holds a Bachelor of Arts from UMass-Lowell and a Master of Arts from Worcester State University.

On August 11th, the President's Office welcomed Shannon Overcash as the Associate Director of Compliance/Title IX Coordinator. Shannon brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, she was the Interim Director of Residence Life & Housing at Bridgewater State University. Shannon holds a Bachelor's of Science from Worcester State University and a Master's of Education from Suffolk University.
