Celebrating the 24/25 Athletic Season
Each year, QCC Athletics holds a ceremony to celebrate all the hard work that goes into the college's sports programs. Being a student-athlete is no easy task. QCC's athletes balance full-time coursework, jobs, families, friendships—and still give their all in competitive collegiate sports. They work hard, they play hard, and they learn the value of teamwork, resilience, and leadership. The camaraderie they’ve built here is something they’ll carry with them long after their time at QCC.
This year's Outstanding Student Athletes are Armoni Allred and Paul Landry. Congrats to Armoni, Paul, and all the student athletes!
The Athletic Department would also like to thank the following:
Athletic Trainer: Kelly Winters
With 14 years of service at QCC, Kelly has earned the respect and admiration of her peers, students, and colleagues alike. In addition to her role as an athletic trainer, Kelly is a full-time nurse on the Head Trauma floor at UMass Medical Center, where her compassionate care and expertise make a significant impact. Outside of her demanding career, she is a proud mother of four.
Kelly embodies qualities of dedication, intelligence, honesty, and supportiveness in all aspects of her life, both professionally and personally. Her unwavering commitment to the well-being of others and her work ethic make her a valuable asset to both her athletic training team and the medical community.
Coaches
Thank you to our Coaches, the heart of our programs! Your dedication, passion, and hard work make a lasting impact on our student-athletes. On behalf of our entire athletic department, thank you for your commitment and leadership. We are lucky to have you, and we look forward to the success you will bring to the QCC athletic program.
Photography: Rich Small
We would like to recognize and publicly thank Rich Small for his generous volunteer work in capturing amazing photos of our athletes. His time and effort provide fantastic content that supports both the Athletics and Marketing departments at QCC. These photos aid in promoting our athletic programs across social media and throughout campus.
Rich’s contribution plays a crucial role in helping us celebrate our athletes and showcase the incredible spirit of our teams. We truly appreciate his dedication and support.
Additionally, a big shout-out and thank you to all those who attended the Bravehearts fundraiser game to support student-athlete Jake Paskell, who has been battling cancer. Jake has been cleared to begin training for the fall season- we can't wait to see him on the field!
