Center for Workforce Development and Continuing Education Refund Policies
You will receive 100% refund if:
- we cancel a course
- a course is filled when we receive your payment
If you withdraw from a course:
- One week before the start date, you will receive 100% refund less a $10 processing fee.
- Three business days before the start date, you will receive 75% refund less a $10 processing fee.
- Before the start of the 2nd class, you will receive a 50% refund less a $10 processing fee.

Local Anesthesia For Dental Hygienists Course & Perfecting Local Anesthesia Techniques Workshop
- If you officially withdraw from the course no later than one month before the first class meets, you will receive a 100% refund (less a $250 registration fee for the Local Anesthesia course / less a $50 registration fee for the Perfecting Techniques Workshop).
- If you officially withdraw from the course later than one month before the first class meets, you will receive a 70% refund of the cost (less a $250 registration fee for the Local Anesthesia course / less a $50 registration fee for the Perfecting Techniques Workshop).
- Once the course starts, no refund will be paid.
- If the college cancels the Local Anesthesia course due to low enrollment, you will be contacted and offered to be place in the next session.
