Student IDs

Your Student ID is your official Quinsigamond Community College (QCC) identification card. You will need your Student ID to access many services around campus—it allows you to access the library's FREE 24/7 online collection of electronic resources, hang out in the Fuller Student Center, purchase tickets to Student Life's trips and discounted tickets, and more.

Your Student ID is free!

All QCC students are to obtain a Student ID by providing a physical copy of a photo ID (state ID or passport) and visiting the Fuller Student Center during the hours below. 

Student ID and Fuller Student Center Hours

August 17 - August 23

  • Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

August 24 - August 30 

  • Monday - Friday | 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM

August 31 - September 5 

  • Monday and Tuesday | 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Wednesday - Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Fall Semester Hours (beginning September 8)

  • Monday - Thursday | 8:00 AM to 7:00 PM
  • Friday | 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM

Student ID Enrollment Sticker

All new Student IDs will have an Enrollment Sticker placed on the back of the Student ID for the current semester. This sticker will confirm that you are a currently enrolled QCC student. Please be aware your Student ID never expires, but you must have a current Enrollment Sticker on your Student ID for it to be considered valid. 

Students are expected to obtain the current semester's Enrollment Sticker for every semester they are enrolled at QCC. Semesters include Fall, Spring, and Summer.

Cancellation

The Fuller Student Center will be closed on the following holidays due to campus closures, and student ID and enrollment hours will be canceled:

  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • President's Day
  • Patriot's Day
  • QCC Commencement
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth Independence Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Indigenous Peoples' Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving Recess
