A physical is required to participate in intercollegiate athletics. If you are interested in trying out for and joining any of the teams above, please print out this Physical Form which is to be filled out by your physician. You must be enrolled in 12 credits during the season.

Eligibility Requirements Per The NJCAA

In order to participate in varsity athletics, all student-athletes must:

  • Be enrolled as a full-time student, taking at least 12 credits during the semester of their sport.
  • Have a valid physical that clears the student athlete to compete in competitive sports. Physicals are valid for 12 months.

Returning Students Must:

  • Have a minimum 2.0 GPA and passed 12 credits during the previous semester of full-time enrollment.
  • Have a minimum 2.0 GPA and passed an average of 12 credits for every semester enrolled as a full-time student
