Traditional financial aid options through the government are not available for CWDCE courses. However, other funding options may be available.

The Sallie Mae Career Training Smart Option Student Loan offers low-interest student loans for individuals to attend occupational skills training programs resulting in an industry-recognized certificate, license, or credential for occupations identified as high demand or high growth. For more information, visit the Sallie Mae Career Training Smart Option Student Loan page.

A class offered for credit allows you to earn college credit to apply towards a college degree. Credit courses are offered in several different subject areas. You can contact the Admissions Staff at 508.853.2300 or e-mail admissions@qcc.mass.edu to get detailed information.

The QCC Center for Workforce Development and Continuing Education offers primarily non-credit courses. While you won't earn college credit by taking our courses, you will still be able to prepare for a career, take advantage of professional development classes, or have the opportunity to take a personal enrichment class. We hope you continue to be a part of the QCC family if you decide that college is for you.

TEAS stands for Test of Essential Academic Skills. The TEAS test is a four-part, web-based, supervised assessment with sub-tests in Reading, Mathematics, Science, and English language usage. Visit our TEAS testing page to discover more about our test prep, policies, and more.
The QCC Center for Workforce Development & Continuing Education takes canceling courses seriously. We make every effort to enroll in classes fully. When a class does not have sufficient registration, we will cancel the class and give you the option of a full refund or rolling the registration to the next class start date.
