How do I contact a Remote Learning Coach?

Remote Learning Coaches are here to help you succeed in remote classes at QCC. If you need help with navigating your Blackboard course; accessing course materials; accessing and/or submitting assignments; logging onto your Zoom or Collaborate course; using Zoom, Collaborate, Blackboard, Starfish, The Q, Qmail or other online tools, you can contact a remote learning coach using one of our contact methods listed below.

December 1, 2020 - Campus Exposure

QCC has been notified of 3 individuals who have tested positive for COVID-19 and have been on campus within the last week (November 22-November 30). The College is following guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MA DPH) in our response to the exposure. Due to federal laws regarding private health information, we will not identify the individuals or their contacts with the broader community.

November 21, 2020 - Campus Exposure

Earlier this week, the College learned of two positive COVID-19 cases on campus. The College is following guidelines from the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and the Massachusetts Department of Public Health (MA DPH) in our response to the exposure. Due to federal laws regarding private health information, we will not identify the individuals or their contacts with the broader community. All contact tracing is complete and close contacts (those who have been within 6 feet of an infected person for a total of 15 minutes or more) were notified.
