Jennifer Bemis is the QCC Mentoring Student Outreach Specialist. She began as a student at QCC in September of 2015 and was the first student member of a new female mentoring program at the college called S.H.E. (Support, Help, Encourage). This experience made her feel involved as an active participant in the college community, and would inspire her to begin working for the program in January of 2017. The S.H.E. program would eventually combine with Brothers & Keepers (the male mentoring program) to become QCC Mentoring. Jennifer believes strongly that every student can excel in college as long as they have the necessary supports like those offered through QCC Mentoring. As a QCC alumna, she is particularly committed to paying it forward by helping other QCC students succeed on their educational journeys. Jennifer earned an Associates in Business Administration from QCC in 2017, and is currently working on her Bachelors in Business Administration Management from Nichols College.
