Please complete this self-check every day before coming to campus or any QCC location.
Individuals with any upper respiratory symptoms similar to a cold, flu or COVID-19 should not come on-site to any location. This includes employees reporting to work or students reporting to on-site classes or labs. If you are sick, call your doctor.
- Sinus or nasal congestion
- Fever
- Sore throat
- New cough
- New shortness of breath
- New muscle aches
- Unexplained loss of taste or smell
- Diarrhea
- Headache
This list does not include all possible symptoms. People with COVID-19 have had a wide range of symptoms reported ranging from mild symptoms to severe illness. Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus.
