Nurse Assistant Program - ESOL
We are no longer accepting applications. Please return to our site during the Fall of 2023 for further class information.
The Adult Community Learning Center and Workforce Development have partnered to offer a tuition free nursing assistant training program. This program is open to advanced ESOL, learners who speak English as a second language. After successfully completing the course, students receive a nurse assistant certificate, allowing them to sit for the American Red Cross exam. Once they pass the American Red Cross exam, the student will become a certified nurse assistant (CNA). After completion of the program, staff will assist students with securing employment in the field.
