New Student Success Intake Form

Thank you for your interest in attending QCC!  For most new students, the next opportunity to take courses will be either Summer 1 (May 23 start), Summer 2 (July 11 start), or Fall (September 7 start)  depending on your preference. There is a limited selection of courses starting in our Spring 2 (March 21) that some students might qualify for.

We are currently not using the Intake Form as an enrollment step but still want to help you.  Please contact us to discuss your next steps in one of the following ways:

• Please note if you are not fully vaccinated for COVID-19, you must call instead of coming to campus.

In-Person by drop-in at the Harrington Learning Center, 670 West Boylston Street (only if you are fully vaccinated):

• Monday to Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. (last drop-in accepted at 6:00)
• Fridays, 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon
