Psi Beta National Honor Society for Psychology Inducts New Students

In December 2022, the Psi Beta Honor Society inducted eight new students. Psi Beta is a national honor society in psychology for community colleges. Psi Beta’s mission is to encourage professional development and psychological literacy of all students at two-year colleges through promotion and recognition of excellence in scholarship, leadership, research, and community service.

The QCC chapter regularly meets along with the Psychology Club and provides a variety of opportunities for engaging with psychology, including conducting original research, presenting at professional conferences, hosting guest lecture series, community service, and fundraising for various community initiatives. Members of Psi Beta are recognized for their academic excellence and are eligible to
win awards and scholarships.
