Judge Guzman Donates Portrait by Renowned Artist

The portrait of Lincoln done by Rob Surrette and donated by Judge Margaret Guzman.
If you attended the Quinsigabration Gala in May of this year, you would surely remember the stunning performance by inspirational artist Rob Surrette. Mr. Surrette is a speed painter and completed four large-scale portraits during the gala.
One of the paintings from that evening was a portrait of President Abraham Lincoln which was auctioned off and won by Massachusetts District Court Judge Margaret Guzman, who graciously donated it to QCC. Guzman was recently nominated for the United States District Court for the District of Massachusetts by Senator Edward Markey and Senator Elizabeth Warren.
The portrait is now on display in the lower level of the Harrington Learning Center. Stop by to check it out!
