Learn More About the Psychology of Human Behavior

February 2022
  • Psi Beta and Psychology Club Wyvern

Do you know a student who is interested in human behavior? The Psi Beta Honor Society and Psychology Club are two great options for any student with an interest in psychology (major in psychology is not required).

The Psychology Club provides a welcoming environment to socialize and discuss issues related to psychology and offers community service and leadership opportunities. For students who meet the requirements, Psi Beta is a nationally-recognized honor society that can be used as a lifetime educational and career reference.

Both groups promote original research projects in the field of psychology. Students learn how to design a study, make observations, analyze data, and present their findings. This experience is incredibly valuable for future academic and professional endeavors, especially if a student is transferring and continuing to graduate school.

The Club meets every other Friday from 12:00 p.m. – 1:00 p.m. on Zoom. The next meeting will be Friday, February 11. For more information on Psi Beta or the Psychology Club, contact Psychology Professor, Dr. Valerie Clemente at vclemente [at] qcc.mass.edu.
