QCC Welcomes New Faculty and Staff

January 2022

We are very pleased to announce the following full-time staff updates:

On December 12, 2021, Strategic Enrollment Development & Student Engagement welcomed Cassandra Estey as Access Navigator- Students Accessibility Services Office. Cassandra brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, she worked at Seven Hills Foundation as an In-Home Therapist. Cassandra earned a bachelor’s from University at Albany and a master’s degree from University at Albany and Capella University.

On December 12, 2021, Office of External Affairs welcomed Cynthia Roy as Clerk III- Office of External Affairs. Cynthia brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, she worked at Johnson Controls as a Data Entry Clerk. Cynthia has earned a certificate from Mount Wachusett Community College.

On January 2, 2022, Strategic Enrollment Development & Student Engagement welcomed Jeffry Wright as Program Coordinator- Brothers and Keepers Program.  Jeffry brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, he was part-time Program Manager- Brothers and Keepers at QCC. Jeffry has earned a bachelor’s degree from Sam Sharpe Teacher’s College in Jamaica.

On January 2, 2022, Academic Affairs welcomed Ashley Donnelly as HRM Food Services Laboratory Technician I. Ashley brings to this position several years of experience. Previously, she was part-time Food Services Assistant at QCC. Ashley earned an associate degree from QCC.

On January 2, 2022, Academic Affairs welcomed Christina Tzortzinis as Academic Coach. Christina brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, she worked as ACES Academic Coach at Gaithersburg High School. Christina has earned a bachelor’s degree from University of Michigan and a master’s degree from University of Chicago.

On January 2, 2022, Academic Affairs welcomed John Monterroso as Academic Coach. John brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, he worked as Student Success Generalist here at QCC. John has earned a bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University.
 
On January 2, 2022, Academic Affairs welcomed Kayla Schneider as Academic Coach. Kayla brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, she worked as International Student Affairs Coordinator at UMASS Lowell. Kayla has earned a bachelor’s degree from Northern State University and a master’s degree from University of Applied Sciences-Schmalkalden and Texas A&M University.

On January 2, 2022, Academic Affairs welcomed Orlando Fowling as HRM Food Services Laboratory Technician I. Orlando brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, he was part-time Culinary Arts Instructor at QCC. Orlando earned an associate degree from QCC.

On January 9, 2022, Academic Affairs welcomed Keara Holmes as Nurse Education Laboratory Coordinator. Keara brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, she worked as a Nursing Instructor at Blackstone Valley Regional Vocational Technical High School. Keara has earned a bachelor’s degree from Worcester State University and a master’s degree from Western Governors University (WGU).


On January 9, 2022, Strategic Enrollment Development & Student Engagement welcomed Orisia Konstas as Bridge Enrollment Counselor. Orisia brings to this position several years of experience. Most recently, she worked as a Teaching Assistant at UMASS Boston. Orisia has earned a bachelor’s and master’s degree from UMASS Boston.
