Staff member Donna Harvey is a familiar figure at Quinsigamond Community College, having been at the College for many years. As the Staff Assistant to the Vice President of Enrollment Management and Student Engagement, Ms. Harvey is always ready with a friendly smile and a helping hand.

Yet there is more to Ms. Harvey than meets the eye. Each October 31st, her home on the Worcester/Paxton line transforms into a Halloween extravaganza that puts most commercial haunted houses to shame. Ms. Harvey credits her son Patrick with doing the yoeman's work, with her husband Jerry as a much needed helper. Each year for over 20 years, the two have painstakingly turned the home into a terrifying fun time for children and adults alike, with hot apple cider and goodies awaiting those brave enough to stop by.

Ms. Harvey said it takes countless hours to transform the yard and decorations are stored during the rest of the year in the house and a few storage units. While Patrick has attempted to pare down his displays each year, as quickly as he gets rid of something, he finds a new Halloween decoration or display to take its place, she said.

Even though this year's Halloween haunting is over, mark your calendars and make sure to take a ride by the Harveys' home...if you dare!
