QCC's Veterans Club members spends the day visiting Old Ironsides.
On Saturday, September 25, the QCC Veterans Club met at the USS Constitution for a scheduled private tour. QCC students and staff also had the opportunity to view the firing of the saluting battery for evening colors. At almost 224 years old, the USS Constitution is the world’s oldest commissioned warship afloat in the world.
Throughout the year, the Veterans Club hosts a variety of events and provides military veterans, their family members and active duty military with support, advocacy and resources to aid in their successful transition to life as a student. To learn more visit QCC’s Veterans Club.
