Upcoming Vaccination Clinics Help Keep Our Communities Safe

Quinsigamond Community College encourages everyone to get vaccinated as soon as possible and is helping spread the word on vaccine clinics throughout our region.

Recognizing the need to help our communities who have been underserved, a variety of Equity Vaccine Clinics are now available through the COVID-19 Vaccine initiative, which focuses on 20 prioritized communities and those disproportionately impacted by COVID-19. These clinics are state-funded and have their own requirements.

​The COVID-19 Vaccine initiative focuses on 20 prioritized communities and those disproportionately impacted by COVID-19 that include:

  • Black, Indigenous, People of Color, Latin individuals
  • Individuals who do not speak English, or who prefer to speak in another language.
  • Individuals who do not have access to public transportation or who have barriers getting to a vaccination site.
  • Individuals who do not feel comfortable receiving the vaccine in a traditional Healthcare setting.
  • Individuals with disabilities and those who have access and functional needs.
  • Individuals experiencing homelessness.
  • Individuals with mental illness and/or residents with substance use disorder.

Drop-in Equity Vaccine Mobile Clinics are part of the State's COVID-19 Vaccine Initiative. These clinics are for individuals who qualify according to Equity and Phase. 

The following clinics are available over the next several days: 

  • Moderna COVID-19 Vaccination Clinic for QCC Faculty, Staff, Students and their Families. Registration is required by Thursday, May 6.
  • Date: Tuesday, May 11, Time: 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  •  Location: QCC Athletic Center, 670 West Boylston Street, Worcester
  • Parking is available in Lot 2 on QCC's main campus. ID and insurance card are required.
  • This Clinic is run by Albertson’s/Shaw’s/Osco

       Registration is required by Thursday, May 6.
