Local Businesses Can Learn About Securing a Workforce Training Grant

Worcester, MA, May 27, 2014 – Quinsigamond Community College announces free workshops to assist local businesses with information on Workforce Training Grants. (Workforce Training Grants are available to qualified businesses for covering the cost of training newly hired employees and incumbent employees.)

Three workshops, sponsored by QCC’s Training and Education Center are offered. The first two will have the same content – the only difference is choice of location and date. These workshops will provide in-depth information on the Workforce Training Grant and are available on Thursday, May 29, or Monday, June 9.

The third and final workshop, scheduled on June 19, will assist attendees with completing the grant application and will include best practices for writing effective grant applications. You may attend the first workshop (informational workshop on two different dates) and the final workshop - or just the final workshop (on June 19.)
