QCC Athletics COVID-19 Screening

If you answered yes to any part of questions 1-3 or have tested positive and have not been cleared by a negative test, Health Care Provider of state DPH, stay home until you can provide the Athletic Director with proof of a negative COVID-19 test or you have been cleared by a Health Care Provider or state DPH.

If you have indicated you have tested positive but are “cleared,” you must provide your Medical Letter of Clearance to the Athletic Director.
