Quinsigamond Community College serves the Worcester community with a variety of English as a Second Language classes to meet your educational and career needs.

Credit ESL

These courses prepare you for study in other college programs.

Credit ESL classes

• Have a cost for each course (financial aid is available).
• Are offered on three levels of classes, covering reading, writing, and note-taking
• Require applicants to be non-native speakers of English, have a high school diploma or GED, and have ESL test scores that place them into ESL credit classes.

To Apply

• Contact the Advising Office (508-854-4308) to make an appointment for the ESL placement test.
• After you take the test, you will meet with an ESL Advisor to choose your courses.
• If you are applying for financial aid, you must also complete a QCC Application for Admission to the General Studies program. Also provide copies of high school transcripts or GED.
