Children's School

Applications for admission are accepted at any time on an on-going basis.

Applications are placed on a list according to the date they are received, at the Children’s School, and processed from this list as vacancies occur.

Half Day Program

Each of the 3 groups of 18 children is staffed by two Department of Early Education and Care certified lead teachers (one is a faculty member of our Early Childhood Education Department) and 3 to 4 student teachers (under the direct supervision of the lead teachers).

Monday/Wednesday/Friday Group I 8:30 to 11 a.m.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Group II 12:30 to 3 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday Group III 8:30 to 11 a.m.

Half day enrollment begins in February for the following academic year (September-May).

Full Day Program

All groups are mixed ages -- two years nine months to five years of age. Each group of 20 children is staffed by three Department of Early Education and Care certified lead teachers and between three to four student teachers (under the direct supervision of the Lead Teachers).

Monday through Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Tuesday/Thursday 7:45 a.m. to 5 p.m.

Full day enrollment begins in April for the following academic year (September-May).

Quinsigamond Community College students, faculty, and staff members may be given priority.
