In Southbridge for almost 200 years, initially providing knives for shoemakers, Dexter Russell is the largest manufacturer of professional cutlery in the world. The company is a partner with QCC in it's expansion of technology programming in Southbridge.  

Hear from Alan Peppel, the President/CEO about how Dexter Russell employs QCC graduates. The company offers tuition assistance to employees to further their education. He said the company needs employees at different levels, with programming skills, management skills and he is looking forward to continuing to work with QCC to train employees.
