Beth Austin Named to Board of Directors for Regional HR Organization

Congratulations to QCC Associate Director of Human Resources Beth Austin, who has been named President, Programming and Scheduling, for the Board of Directors of the Human Resources Management Association of Western Massachusetts.

Ms. Austin has been at QCC in the Human Resources Department since 2008.

Members of HRMA (Human Resources Management Association of Central Massachusetts) represent a depth of experience and range of disciplines from which human resources professionals can draw advice and share ideas. Founded in 1946, HRMA is one of New England’s strongest and most vital human resources organizations.

The group is comprised of more than 100 practitioners and human resources consultants who are committed to developing their skills and advancing the human resources profession. Its goal is to foster adherence to higher standards of performance and greater professionalism in all phases of the human resources profession.
