QCC Welcomes New Staff

On May 24, 2016, Academic Affairs welcomed Shannon Cotter in to a new role as Clerk III-Healthcare. Ms. Cotter brings to this position over fifteen years of administrative and customer service experience. Most recently, she was an administrative assistant at Worcester Polytechnic Institute in the Electrical and Computer Engineering Department. Ms. Cotter earned a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Worcester State University.
On May 16, 2016, Academic Affairs was very pleased to welcome back Mariel Montañez as Clerk III – Career & Academic Planning. In addition to having held this role previously at the College, Ms. Montañez also brings to this position 6 years of experience in customer service, emergency call response and evaluation, and crisis intervention, and she is bilingual in Spanish. Ms. Montañez earned an Associate’s Degree in Human Services from Quinsigamond Community College.
