WORCESTER, Ma Quinsigamond Community College President Gail E. Carberry and Vermont Technical College President Ty Handy announce the establishment of an articulation agreement, which will allow QCC dental hygiene graduates to complete a bachelor of science degree online at Vermont Tech.
In order to be admitted to Vermont Tech, QCC students must earn their associates degree with a minimum of 75 semester hours of credit, maintain a 2.5 grade point average, and hold a current license to practice dental hygiene. In a significant advantage to QCC students, those who apply to transfer will be able to complete their Vermont Tech bachelors degree completely online.
“We are thrilled that Vermont Technical College is providing a new channel for our dental hygiene graduates to continue their studies,” said QCC President Carberry. “The opportunity to earn their bachelors in dental hygiene online presents an accessible and affordable route to their degree.”
