Scholarship Application
In order to qualify for this scholarship, students must
- have a minimum GPA of 3.5
- have successfully completed one honors course
- have registered for an honors course for a second semester
- have no liens on their account
- be enrolled in a minimum of two classes (6+ credits)
- have completed the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and
- complete a personal statement (as indicated on the form).
Return the form by
- June 30 for the following Fall semester or
- December 1 for the following Spring semester to:
