Center for Workforce Development and Continuing Education Refund Policies

You will receive 100% refund if:

  • we cancel a course
  • a course is filled when we receive your payment

If you withdraw from a course:

  • 1 week before the start date, you will receive 100% refund less a $10 processing fee.
  • 3 business days before the start date, you will receive 75% refund less a $10 processing fee.
  • Before the start of the 2nd class, you will receive a 50% refund less a $10 processing fee.

Remote TEAS Test Policy:

The registration fee is non-refundable. If you decide to cancel your test, you will not receive a refund. Rescheduling your remote test sessions is allowed only once if you notify us 48-business hours prior to your scheduled test sessions. Should you fail to attend or notify us, you will be charged again when you reschedule. Students who accept a confirmed registration, acknowledge that they are able to attend both the scheduled pretest session as well as the test session itself. Our no refund policy applies if a student fails to attend the pretest session and/or attends the pretest session, is cleared to test, but does not attend remote test session. This policy is strictly enforced!

Refund requests should be emailed to cce [at] qcc.mass.edu. Please allow 2 weeks for processing refunds.

Local Anesthesia For Dental Hygienists Course & Perfecting Local Anesthesia Techniques Workshop

  1. If you officially withdraw from the course no later than one month before the first class meets, you will receive a 100% refund (less a $250 registration fee for the Local Anesthesia course / less a $50 registration fee for the Perfecting Techniques Workshop).
  2. If you officially withdraw from the course later than one month before the first class meets, you will receive a 70% refund of the cost (less a $250 registration fee for the Local Anesthesia course / less a $50 registration fee for the Perfecting Techniques Workshop).
  3. Once the course starts, no refund will be paid.
  4. If the college cancels the Local Anesthesia course due to low enrollment, you will be contacted and offered to be place in the next session.
